Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to violate our Terms of Service or applicable law.

2. Shipping methods and timelines

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard shipping (USPS / UPS / FedEx): 3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight: 1 business day (order must be placed by 3:00 PM PST)

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.

3. Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200.

4. Discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding, product names, or indication of contents. This protects customer privacy and reduces the likelihood of unrecognized or disputed deliveries.

5. Restrictions

We do not ship internationally at this time. Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on destination state laws, and we reserve the right to refuse shipment to any restricted jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase complies with applicable local regulations.

6. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@nextgencompounds.com. For damaged shipments, retain all original packaging and contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Seized or refused shipments

We are not responsible for shipments that are seized, detained, or refused by any government agency, customs authority, or carrier. No refund or replacement will be issued for orders seized, detained, or refused in transit.

By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that your purchase complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
